In the beautiful foothills of Tolima’s Cordillera Central, Soul Revival is cultivated by Cafe del Macizo, a small cooperative founded in 2003 by a group of 59 dedicated farmers. These growers, with decades of experience, work together to produce high-quality, organic coffee while preserving the natural beauty of their land.

Nestled between towering mountains and fertile valleys, the farms benefit from ideal growing conditions, with high altitudes and nutrient-rich soil that bring out the coffee’s complex flavors. The result? A brew that’s rich, smooth, and brimming with sweet fruit notes and dark chocolate depth.
